Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed under the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2026, and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
