SRG Housing Finance informs about allotment of ESOP

SRG Housing Finance has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on their meeting held on May 12, 2026 has approved allotment of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10 each to the employees of the Company as follows: 4400 equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2023 (ESOS- 2023). The details of the shares allotted pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 under ESOS -2023 is given in Annexure A. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 15,70,18,380 (consisting of 1,57,01,838 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 15,70,62,380 (consisting of 1,57,06,238 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
