Further, in accordance with its previous communication dated 26th March 2026, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company, by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from April 01st, 2026, and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
