Further with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, they have already informed vide letter dated 26th March 2026 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 is closed from 1st April 2026 till closure of trading hours on 25th May 2026.
