Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and in continuation to its earlier communication dated 07th May, 2026, Kei Industries has informed that the Income Tax Department (IT Department) Officials have concluded their Search and Seizure operations at Registered Office and few manufacturing plants/ other locations of the Company along with the residence of Promoter and few Executive(s) of the Company by the late night on 12th May, 2026. The Company has fully cooperated with the officials of IT Department during the proceedings and responded to the clarifications and details sought by them. The Company will promptly keep the Exchanges informed of outcome from the above Search and Seizure operations upon receipt of the direction or order from IT Department.
