Capital Small Finance Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 12,814 Equity Shares having face value of Rs 10 aggregating to Rs. 1,28,140 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand One Hundred Forty Only), to Munish Jain, Executive Director under CSFB ESOP Plan for Material Risk Takers (MRT Plan) in its Securities Committee meeting held today, on Wednesday, May 13, 2025 at 10:30 am and concluded at 10:40 am. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Bank has increased to Rs. 45,43,15,850 consisting of 45431585 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
