Diwanji (DIN: 00032072) ceased as the Director (including as the Independent Director) effective Tuesday, May 12, 2026, consequent upon completion of his tenure. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Diwanji during his tenure. The Company also expressed its gratitude for Diwanji’s dedication, integrity, and professional expertise, which have enriched deliberations and decision-making processes.
