With reference to its communication dated 13th March 2026 to BSE as regards outcome of Board meeting, wherein the Company had intimated that, the Board had accorded its in-principle approval for forming wholly-owned subsidiaries (‘WOS’) and subsequently selling them as and when opportunities arises. Accordingly, Cella Space has informed that the Company has sold Vijay Logistics Parks, its wholly owned subsidiary as on 14th May,2026 to Aura Space Industrial Warehousing.
