Abans Financial Services has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 15, 2026 have considered and approved the appointment of Karan Heda (DIN: 07032035) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation and subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, with effect from May 15, 2026, and based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Company. Consequently, he shall cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, as detailed in Annexure A; Appointment, fixing remuneration and term of appointment of V C Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 109818W) as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, as detailed in Annexure B; Change in the Registered Office of the Company within the same city from 36, 37, 38A, Floor 3, Nariman Bhavan, Backbay Reclamation, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 to 13A/B/C, 1st Floor, Mittal Chambers, Barrister Rajni Patel Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021; and etc.
