Further noted that as intimated to the Exchange vide letter dated 23st March, 2026, the Trading Window of the Company will continue to remain closed for designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
