The Committee of Executive Directors of the company in its meeting held on May 18, 2026 has approved the same. SIHL is engaged mainly in direct or indirect investments in tech companies and related activities including investment in AIF. The present investment would help SIHL to explore investment opportunities including contribution to AIF(s) and other general purposes.
