Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) and the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window would continue to remain closed for Promoters, Directors, and other connected persons and designated employees of the Company until 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
