Approval Financial Result of the Company: To consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 and Audit report issued by Statutory Auditor of the Company. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window closure period will end 48 hours after the results of the Company are made public on 28th May, 2026. 2. Appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company: Re-appointed HARSH PRAJAPATI & CO, Chartered Accountant, as Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27, pursuant to the provisions of section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. 3. Appointment of Independent Director: To consider and approve the appointment of Atul Jashwantrai Sheth (DIN: 09698574) as an Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required. 4.
