Coforge has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 3,52,818 equity shares on May 17, 2026, under Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company, consequently the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 42,99,99,944 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 85,99,99,888. They are in process of completing other formalities with respect to issue and listing of the said shares and will file the necessary documents with the exchange shortly for seeking the listing and trading approvals.
