Frontier Leasing & Finance has received an approval to raise funds up to Rs 15 crore by issue of 28,500 equity shares to inimitable Capital Finance, existing shareholder, on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 06, 2013 has approved for the same.
