Tirupati Finlease has informed that STAP & Co., (FRN: 132148W), Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditor of the Company has tendered their resignation due to their inability to continue as the statutory auditor of the Company in view of other professional commitments and assignments. There is no material reason of resignation other than reason as mentioned in the resignation letter received from statutory auditor. The details required under regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are provided in ‘Annexure-l’.
