Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, has been closed for all the Designated of the Company and their immediate relatives, with effect from 01.04.2026 till 29.05.2026.
