Mankind Pharma has received approval to make additional investment of up to Rs 500 crore in Mankind Medicare, a wholly owned subsidiary, in one or more tranches. The funds will be utilized for capacity expansion and plant being setup.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 19, 2026, has approved the same.
Mankind Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer healthcare products.
