To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. We further wish to inform that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which had been closed earlier, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026.
