Global Ocean Logistics India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Global Ocean Logistics India (the Company) is to be scheduled on Monday, May 25, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended and year ended 31st March, 2026 and to note the Auditor's Report. Further informed that in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from April 1, 2026 shall continue to remain closed for all Connected/ Designated Persons till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting.
