Continental Chemicals has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/202, to consider and approve the Audited Quarterly Financial Results and Yearly Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 along with other agendas; Appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-2027; and any other matter with the permission of the Board. Further informed that as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the trading window from 01st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public and intimation of trading window closure have been already submitted to Stock Exchange.
