Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from April 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till May 31, 2026. The trading window shall re-open from June 01, 2026.
