Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Informed Technologies India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 along with other matters as per the agenda of the meeting. As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 trading window of the Company, for all directors, KMPs, designated employees and their immediate relatives, was closed on April 01, 2026 and it will continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026 and the same has been informed to BSE vide its letter dated March 24, 2026.
