Nalwa Sons Investments has informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Thursday, 28th May, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Further, as intimated by our letter dated 25th March, 2026, the trading window in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed with effect from 1st April, 2026 until the second trading day after the declaration of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open on 2nd June, 2026.
