Lords Chloro Alkali has informed that in compliance with the Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 28th May, 2026 to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. As informed earlier, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading, is closed from 1st April, 2026 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement/ declaration of audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
