Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement of the company. 2. To take on record the Auditor’s Report on Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2026. 3. Any other matter with the permission of Chair. Further, as communicated earlier. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and Company’s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026.
