Tata Communications has incorporated a wholly owned step-down subsidiary, TComm Turkey Dijital Cozumler Sirketi (TComm Turkey) in the Republic of Turkiye. The subsidiary was incorporated on May 21, 2026, and received its Certificate of Incorporation on May 22, 2026.
TComm Turkey is wholly owned by Tata Communications International (TCIPL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Communications. The new entity will focus on providing non-telecommunications services that include system and platform integration services for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and provide IT consultation and support on services supplied by Turkey licensed operators for customers of the company.
