In continuation to its letter dated 26th March, 2026 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, The Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has already been closed from 01st April, 2026 and will remain closed up to 31st May, 2026 for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
