They further informed that, the trading window of the Company is already closed with effect from closing of trading hours of BSE on April 01, 2026, which shall continue to remain closed and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, for the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with Securities Exchange and Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto).
