Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, DSJ Keep Learning has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 30th May, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 shall continue to remain closed as per its letter dated 24th March, 2026 submitted to BSE and National Stock exchange of India for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
