In continuation of its previous disclosure dated March 26, 2026 wherein the company had informed the stock exchanges that Oracle Financial Services Software (the company) and Oracle Corporation (ultimate holding company) had entered into a definitive agreement with an existing customer of the Company, a global bank headquartered in the USA (‘Customer’), for a proposed transaction pursuant to which the Company would license to the Customer certain software products in perpetuity, provide certain transition services, personnel and related aspects (‘Proposed Transaction’), subject to fulfilment of conditions precedent on or before May 29, 2026. Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that the conditions precedent has been fulfilled, and the License Agreement and other applicable agreements are being signed for the Proposed Transaction. The detailed information required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has already been disclosed in its communication dated March 26, 2026.
