In this regards, the company has informed that, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities (the Code) read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for the Designated Persons is already closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the outcome of the Board Meeting is made public in terms of Listing Regulations.
