Physical Rubber prices witnessed gains on Wednesday driven by robust domestic and global industrial demand, coupled with tighter seasonal supplies. Furthermore, higher production costs for synthetic rubber and a looming scarcity of raw materials have increased the appeal of natural rubber for industrial use.

Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 252.50/kg to its previous closing of Rs 252/kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 249.50/kg to its previous closing of Rs 249/kg.
