Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ladam Affordable Housing has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM, considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Audited Auditor Report issued by Chartered Accountant for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the said Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 along with the Report of the Auditors thereon and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities are enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’; Approved the increase in borrowing powers of the Company under Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of members of the company; Approved the increase in limits for giving loan or guarantees or providing securities in connection with the loan made to any other body corporate or person or making investments under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
