In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that the Company is in receipt of notice from National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE dated May 27, 2026 regarding non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 17(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations for the quarter ended March 31,2026 and has been imposed with a fine of Rs 5,31,000 each by both the stock exchanges for such non-compliance. The details as required to be provided as per sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations are as per Annexure A.
