Digilogic Systems has incorporated a subsidiary Company namely ‘Abhedhya Systems’ to address the business potential in Defence and Aero Space in specific to Radar, Electronic warfare and communication system and solutions. The certificate of incorporation received on May 27, 2026.
The subsidiary (Abhedhya Systems) will come with expertise to built to spec and built to print the sub-systems in Radar and communication domain, this subsidiary will have design skill-set and also manufacturing capabilities to meet the highly challenging technical requirements of the flightworthy sub-systems, which can be qualified to fly on board either on Missile or Aircraft and unmanned vehicles.
Digilogic Systems is engaged in the design, development, integration, manufacturing, supply and support of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, radar and Electronic Warfare environmental simulators, application software, and embedded signal processing solutions for the defence and aerospace engineering sector.
