Suvidhaa Infoserve has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company (BM02/2026-27) at their meeting held on Friday, May 29, 2026 through audio/ video conference, considered and approved the following : The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Audit Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 which has been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and Naresh Sharma, Managing Director of the Company has been duly approved by the Board to sign the Financials on behalf of the Company; the same is attached as Annexure 1.
