Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has informed that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas vide letter Ref. CA-31017/1/2026-CA-PNG (56131) dated May 29, 2026 has conveyed that the Competent Authority has approved the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director-Finance to K S Shetty, Director - Human Resources, for a period of three months with effective from June 01, 2026 or till the appointment of regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Accordingly, K S Shetty has assumed the additional charge of the post of Director – Finance effective June 01, 2026. Consequent to the above change, the following Key Managerial Personnel are authorized for the purpose of determining the materiality of events/information and making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s), in accordance with the Company's Policy for Determination of Materiality of Event/Information framed under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from June 01, 2026.
