Punjab Communications has informed that CA Ajay Aggarwal ceased to be CFO of the Company with effective from 31st May, 2026 upon attaining the age of superannuation. Further, as per the decision of the Board in its 239th Board Meeting held on 20.05.2026, Tony Bansal, an existing regular employee of the Company is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effective from 01st June, 2026 in place of CA Ajay Aggarwal. The Details, as required under the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed.
