Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, It has enclosed Notice convening the 34th AGM of the Company. The same has been uploaded on the Company’s website at www.swastika.co.in and on the website of Central Depository Services (India) Limited at www.evotingindia.com. The said Notice forms part of the Integrated Annual Report for 2025-26. Further, they confirmed that the aforesaid information is being submitted in XBRL mode along with the PDF submission within the prescribed time limit.
