Further to its communications dated 4th, 12th and 14th February 2026 regarding the orders issued under Section 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (‘GPCB’) in respect of the Company's plant situated at Plot No. D-2/11/A/1, GIDC Dahej, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch – 392130, Gujarat (‘Dahej Site’) and the subsequent interim revocation of the aforesaid closure directions. Piramal Pharma has informed that the Company has now received an order from the GPCB granting a permanent revocation of the aforesaid closure direction in respect of the Dahej Site. The operations at the Dahej Site continue to be in the normal course and the Company remains committed to the highest standards of environmental compliance.
