In furtherance to the intimations filed by the Company vide letter no. SEIL/Sec./SE/2025-26/65 dated December 5, 2025, informing about the receipt of Order-In-Appeal No. VAD-CGST-001-APP-JC559-2025-26 from the Joint Commissioner CGST Appeals, Vadodara, which had confirmed the position taken in the previous order in relation to the alleged wrong availment of Input Tax Credit for the financial year 2019-20, as communicated earlier, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that the Company has now received a Rectification Order along with Form GST APL – 04 from the Joint Commissioner, Division-I Vadodara, Vadodara-I, CBIC, pursuant to which the penalty amount has been significantly reduced by INR 8,328,696, while the tax amount remains unchanged as per the earlier Appeal Order. The required details pursuant to sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III, are enclosed.
