Sharp India has informed that this is with reference to share purchase agreement executed on 14th April, 2026, Sharp Corporation Japan, Promoter has transferred 1,94,58,000 Equity shares at Rs 10.00 per share for total consideration INR 19,45,80,000. Pursuant to 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’), Sharp India has informed that it enclosed the disclosure dated 03 June, 2026 as received from Sharp Corporation Japan, the Promoters and shareholders of the Company.
