Tata Steel has informed that the Company is sending physical letter providing the web-link and exact pathway where complete details of the 11th Integrated Report and 119th Annual Accounts of the Company for FY2025-26 (‘Integrated Report’) are available, to those shareholder(s) and debenture holder(s) who have not registered their e-mail address with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/ Depositories/Depository Participants. The Integrated Report includes (i) Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, and (ii) Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY2025-26. A copy of the physical letter to security holders is enclosed as Annexure.
