SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman) has sold 5,65,00,000 equity shares, representing 3.25% of total share holding of the company. The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 508.55 apiece. Post the stake sale, SoftBank Group’s holding in the company through SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman) has decreased to 9.88% from 13.13%.
