Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation, Reliance Communications has informed that on Wednesday, 03rd June 2026, a fire incident occurred at the Company’s office premises situated at IDC-2 Block, Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai 400710, where some of the IT servers of the Company, are hosted. Finally, the fire was promptly attended to and brought under control by the emergency response team and concerned authorities, however, some system modules and infrastructure were also impacted due to damage caused. There were no human injuries or casualties reported. The company has enclosed the details as required under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 in Annexure A.
