Switching Technologies Gunther has informed that Guenther America Inc. the Promoter of Switching Technologies Gunther, has vide its letter dated June 3, 2026, intimated that it has sold its equity shares to Touristas Horizons Private Limited (CIN: U79110WB2023PTC264828), together with BBU Enterprises Private Limited (CIN: U51909WB2022PTC254100) and Nikhil Pujari (PAN: GHJPP6085G) (collectively referred to as the Acquirers), pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated January 24, 2026, in the manner stated therein. Further, the Acquirers, vide their letter dated June 1, 2026, have also intimated the Company regarding the acquisition of shares from the Promoter.
