In continuation to earlier communication dated May 29, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, STL Networks has informed that Stock Exchanges had requested the Company to provide following clarification /information in respect of the Preferential Issue: Until the complete utilization of funds as per the objects specified in the Postal Ballot Notice dated April 18, 2026, the Company shall be investing the issue proceeds in instruments as may be permitted under applicable laws which includes money market mutual funds and Fixed Deposits through Schedule Commercial Banks.
