Karnimata Cold Storage has informed that this is with reference to email communication dated 03rd June, 2026 seeking clarification on the delayed submission of the Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 28th May, 2026. They sincerely regret the delay and clarified that the Board of Directors duly approved and executed the financial results along with the Auditor's Report on 28th May, 2026. However, immediately following the meeting, its internal compliance systems and data servers encountered an unexpected operating breakdown, preventing us from generating and transmitting the finalized outcome. Due to this infrastructure issue and the subsequent weekend, its technical IT team required additional time to completely restore and test the systems. As soon as the IT team regularized the systems on Monday morning, the data was successfully retrieved, and the disclosures were uploaded to the BSE Portal on 01st June, 2026. The delay was entirely administrative and unintentional.
