Goldman Sachs Bank USA, through its subsidiary -- GOLDMAN SACHS BANK EUROPE SE, has acquired stake worth around Rs 210 crore in Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww) from FRIALE FUND IV LLC through a block deal. The GOLDMAN SACHS BANK EUROPE SE has acquired around 1.13 crore equity shares of Groww at a price of Rs 185.50 per share.
